NEED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER?
It's simple! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it back to us.
To receive a full refund to your original payment method, returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin your return, simply email us with your order number and we’ll provide you the return address.
Return shipping costs: Customer's responsibility.
Restocking fees: No cost.
Refund processing time: 10 days
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a defect, please email azariafinejewellery@gmail.com so that we can investigate. We will assess the situation and work to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement, discount, store credit or refund. Please note: all items undergo rigorous quality control checks both before shipment and upon return.
CONDITION OF RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. All items must be returned with original tags and in the original packaging.

Items purchased on a sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
